Dad's Recovery

Dad fell from a ladder, he was really hurt. Our lives changed forever that day. This is his story, this is our story.

Dad Has Lots of Friends

Dad still has his strong opinions, he wants to be in control. The staff (seen here) understand. He tries to be nice, but he wants to make his point. We're hoping his requests become more logical but we're thankful for the improvements thus far.

Good luck to you all, I hope your Dad loses his halo soon. It appears he has some good help too!

Sorry to hear about your dad. My dad fell off the stage at the high school gym he was teaching at (he was a phys-ed teacher) and it took six months for him to walk but he's now running marathons again. God is da man!

take care,

Thanks Mark, it is so encouraging to hear other success stories. Dad has already made such an improvement. At one time the Dr's said he would never wake up from the coma, then they said he wouldn't get off the vent, now he's able to eat soft food and the best parts of him are taking shape.
