Dad's Recovery

Dad fell from a ladder, he was really hurt. Our lives changed forever that day. This is his story, this is our story.

Left Dad's Crying 08/07/05

Not because I was sad, but because I was happy. We talked and it was GREAT. He was totally with it. He and I might as well been chatting at his house 4 months ago, after a long day's work. Everything he said was so insightul and interesting- but mostly filled with LOVE. He's an amazingly loving person with so much goodness in his heart.

Clara from MN, emailed me this and I thought you might enjoy it...

Everyone here in Minnesota hopes that the halo comes off soon (if it wasn't taken off yesterday).

Following the various notes that I have seen - I believe your dad has made remarkable progress.

Remember to not look for progress day by day - but more week by week and month by month. When you start to feel down - looking back 4 weeks - where was your dad at at that point - now can you see that there has been improvement?

Sometimes we become so impatient that we expect to see improvement every day - and it just doesn't happen like that sometimes.

I have never had any exposure with "blogs" - how does one get into a comment section to comment if one would like to? I was able to view the comments other people made - but couldn't see how I would do that myself.

What a neat site. The pictures are really nice to see also. Nice job girl!!

Back to work! Another day, another of God's blessings! Let's use it to the fullest.

Clara
