Dad's Recovery
Dad fell from a ladder, he was really hurt. Our lives changed forever that day. This is his story, this is our story.

ShopperKritKrit, the tattoos look good. Also, I respond to your very nice comment on my soccer blog. Sorry it took me so long but I did not notice it till today. Here is the link: http://mysoccerblog.blogspot.com/2005/08/coaching-3-year-olds-response-to.html
Hope you are well and that your father is getting better everyday.
Son of Superman- I'm just not a big fan of words but I guess I was thinkin' of more for myself. To me the often bleed or don't hold up- just what I've noticed. I'm still trying to decide about if I'm going to get a tattoo..
I looked up some bible verses about tattoos and need to do some more research. I'm fairly sure it is the intent on why you're getting a tattoo that matters- but it does say do not cut your flesh for the dead. I'll look up the verse and read it in context. Check out my Queen blog for more on that.
All the praying we've been doing would seem pretty silly if we don't respect what the bible has to say in general. Can't just take the good and then do what we want the rest of the time.
Plus I want to make sure it is something Dad wants. If he doesn't want me/us to get one- I likely won't.
It is just a thing we're going to have to decide for ourselves.
Justintime, could you still have Rick work on something if he has a chance? Maybe a more girlie version of a Supermanish somethin' or other? The meaning can be subtle. Maybe a mosaic look or something? I think I do want color. If I do get one- I would love to have the Famous Man himself draw it- that's just too cool.
